  • Hengbiao Technology Accurately Solves Measurement Problems in Belt Scale Relocation and Upgrade for Emeishan Stone Quarry Project
    Recently, Chongqing Hengbiao Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengbiao Technology") successfully completed the relocation and upgrade of a belt scale for the Emeishan Stone Quarry Project in Sichuan Province. The equipment, with a rated flow of 600T/H and an impeller outer diameter of 1550mm, was installed and put into use in the first half of this year. Due to the customer's later addition of a return conveyor belt, material backflow caused the same batch of stone to be repeatedly measured, resulting in inaccurate weighing data. In response to the on-site conditions, Hengbiao Technology's technical team developed the optimal relocation plan, successfully and seamlessly connecting the equipment to the main conveyor belt. Initially, the belt scale operated normally, and all measurement data met the production line requirements.
